However, we need anti-incentive for the more spiritual positions. i.e lower pay to be believers in such corporations. Servant leadership. Start more Christian entrepreneur enterprise.
Observation of realists and idealists
Some people will be more sensitive toward reality, success, money. They respond readily and quickly to admire the richly successful. Few will remain idealistic toward God's eternal perspective. Even fewer can simultaneous have both, trusting that God works despite realism.
Limits of humanism
We don't see the problems of humanity when everyone is living far apart, sparse, weakly interacting. Our evil self shows up during conflict. CS Lewis talked about sin and evil arises even when only 2 people exists in the entire universe in "Problem of Pain".
What about the poor?
The main trend and focus of Chinese conversion occurs among the educated, for they have time and ability to explore new ideas, and have been trained in their education precisely to explore new things. The professionals and the rich have easier time to consider Christianity, since they have more time to ponder such things as eternal life.
What happened to the good news for the poor, uneducated, sick, widows and orphans? They have no time, resources, nor luxury to seek the highest peak (religious needs) within the pyramid of needs. What about the old people, whose minds and ways are set?
Given I always have the heart for these people, God must be challenging me to start ventures or evangelistic campaigns to reach them!
Land of God
The dragon is really the source of fallenness and evil, but yet it is being worshiped by Chinese as auspicious mascot!

guide students to search for meaning, philosophy, commentary on social justice, how to evaluate religion, and avoid cults
Chinese evangelism makes use of the endowment effect:
try first, come and see, taste the Lord.

Should I start a website to discuss our realistic
struggles and meeting God?
- multitude of Chinese sites are already doing that.
- Rick Warren's website does that for pastors.
- How about a site to stimulate lay leaders to interact.
- Papa prayer approach; what stops you from approaching god?
- While reading "Papa Prayer", I realize that the experimental style of
approaching and sharing God is most inviting and approachable for
evangelism and reviving believers.
Designful life
- live out example lives, as patterns for
others to emulate.
- We look to spiritual giants for examples of how to
handle difficult situations.
- As with design patterns in programing, we
should show others a clear pattern for spiritual journey.
